Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and RADCON, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Follo platform, including the web application at usefollo.app and all features and services therein (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Registration
Certain features require registration through Clerk. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@usefollo.app upon discovering unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
No Multiple Accounts
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse trial periods, or evade suspensions.
License and Restrictions
License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) access the Service by automated means or scrape data without written consent; (d) use the Service to develop a competing product; (e) sell or sublicense access to the Service; (f) probe or test the vulnerability of any associated system; (g) circumvent security features; (h) use the Service in violation of law; or (i) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
User Content License
By uploading content through the Service, including contact data, notes, photographs, and profile information ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit such User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Feedback
Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
Subscriptions and Billing
Plan Tiers
Free Tier: Core scanning, contact storage up to 50 contacts, personal profile, QR card, shareable vCard URL, and bulk export. Free-tier users receive a seven (7) day trial of Pro features subject to the 50-contact limit.
Pro Tier: All Free Tier features plus unlimited contact storage, AI-generated email drafts, hallucination detection, AI SMS suggestions, and AI note polishing. Available at $12.00/month or $99.00/year.
Trial Period
New accounts receive a non-renewable seven (7) day trial of Pro features at no charge. No payment method is required. Upon expiration, Pro features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
Payment and Renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time through the billing portal on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro access continues through the end of the paid period.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We do not refund partial billing periods or unused features.
Price Changes and Taxes
We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Delinquency
We may suspend or terminate accounts with overdue or failed payments.
AI Features and Generated Content
Nature of AI Features
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including the Anthropic Claude API, to generate email drafts, SMS suggestions, note summaries, and related output ("AI-Generated Content"). AI-Generated Content is produced algorithmically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or content unsuitable for a particular use.
No Professional Advice
AI-Generated Content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, professional, or business advice. You assume sole responsibility for reviewing and determining the appropriateness of any AI-Generated Content before use or transmission to third parties.
Communications Compliance
When using AI-Generated Content to send communications to third parties, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state or foreign equivalents. We make no representation that AI-Generated Content complies with any such law.
No Guarantee of Output
We do not warrant that AI features will be continuously available, that output will meet your requirements, or that underlying models will remain unchanged. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without liability.
Hallucination Detection
The hallucination detection feature is experimental and does not guarantee identification of all inaccuracies. It is not a substitute for independent review.
Third-Party Contact Data
The Service enables you to scan and store contact information belonging to third parties ("Third-Party Contact Data"). You represent and warrant that: (a) you have a legitimate professional basis for collecting and storing such information; (b) your collection, storage, and use complies with all applicable privacy and consumer protection laws; and (c) you will not use the Service to harvest contact data for purposes unrelated to legitimate professional relationship management.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company Parties (as defined in Section 14) from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your collection, storage, or use of Third-Party Contact Data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) transmit unsolicited commercial communications in violation of anti-spam laws; (b) harass, stalk, or threaten any individual; (c) upload malware or malicious code; (d) engage in fraud; (e) store or transmit illegal, defamatory, or infringing content; (f) violate export control laws or transmit data to sanctioned individuals or jurisdictions; or (g) circumvent billing restrictions or abuse trial periods.
Beta Features
Features designated as "beta," "experimental," or "preview" are provided without warranty, may be discontinued at any time, and should not be relied upon for mission-critical purposes. Your use of beta features is at your sole risk.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and trademarks (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to RADCON, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Company IP to you.
DMCA
To report copyright infringement, send a notice to support@usefollo.app including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification and location of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good faith belief statement; (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (f) your signature.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Clerk, Stripe, Anthropic, Railway, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
Service Availability and Modifications
We provide the Service on an "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time without liability.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms at usefollo.app with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription.
Termination and Suspension
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@usefollo.app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms, non-payment, harmful conduct, legal obligation, or Service discontinuation.
Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked. Sections 3.3, 5.2, 5.3, 6, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 survive. You are responsible for exporting data before termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RADCON, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ("COMPANY PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.
THE COMPANY PARTIES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from any claims, damages, judgments, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your collection or use of Third-Party Contact Data; (d) your violation of these Terms; (e) your violation of applicable law; or (f) your AI-Generated Content transmissions to third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 17, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Florida for disputes not subject to arbitration.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at support@usefollo.app and attempt informal resolution for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Florida or by video conference. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Class Action Waiver
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE CLAIMS ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS.
Exceptions and Opt-Out
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or irreparable harm. Small claims court actions are permitted. You may opt out of arbitration by written notice to support@usefollo.app within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, including your name, account email, and a clear opt-out statement.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and RADCON, LLC regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of future enforcement rights.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
Export Controls. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Refund and Dispute Policy
Monthly Subscriptions. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no further charges will be made.
Annual and Multi-Year Subscriptions. Annual and multi-year plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid term.
Free Trial. No charge is made during the 7-day free trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, the trial simply expires and no charge is applied.
Disputes. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@usefollo.app or (321) 430-8704 within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from the Pricing page, or by contacting us at support@usefollo.app.
Upon cancellation: (a) your subscription will not renew at the next billing date; (b) you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period; (c) after the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier; (d) your saved contacts, profiles, and data are retained and remain accessible on the Free tier subject to Free tier limits.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, in which case no refund will be issued.
Promotional Terms
From time to time, RADCON, LLC may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, extended trials, or other incentives ("Promotions"). The following terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are valid for new subscribers only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
- Promotional pricing applies only to the initial subscription period stated in the offer. Renewals are charged at the standard rate unless the offer specifies otherwise.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
- RADCON, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time without notice, provided that any Promotion already applied to an active subscription will be honored for the period specified in the offer.
- Abuse of Promotions, including creating multiple accounts to claim a new-user offer, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the promotional benefit.

Introduction and Scope
RADCON, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Follo platform at usefollo.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information in connection with the Service. It applies to all users, including free and paid account holders.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Account Data: Name and email collected through Clerk at registration. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive profile data as permitted by your settings with those providers.
- Profile Data: Name, title, company, phone, email, website, LinkedIn URL, and optional custom slug for your public vCard page.
- Contact Data: Business card photographs, manually entered contact records, and conversation notes, which may include information about individuals who are not users of the Service.
- Support Communications: Content of communications you send us for support purposes.
Information Collected Automatically
- Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages accessed, and timestamps, collected by our servers and infrastructure providers.
- Session Data: Cookies and session tokens issued by Clerk to maintain your authenticated session. These are technically necessary and cannot be disabled without preventing login.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Performance and diagnostic data collected by Railway as part of standard hosting operations.
Information from Third Parties
- Payment Data: Transaction confirmation, subscription status, and billing identifiers from Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
- Authentication Providers: Limited profile data transmitted by Google or Apple through Clerk if you use social sign-in.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and maintain your account and authenticate your identity
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process and manage subscription payments and billing
- Transmit Contact Data and notes to Anthropic to generate AI-Generated Content when you invoke AI features
- Generate and host your public vCard profile and QR code
- Send transactional communications including account confirmations and subscription receipts
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not use your Contact Data or conversation notes to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
AI Processing Disclosure
When you invoke AI features, the relevant Contact Data and conversation notes are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC via its API solely to generate the requested output. Anthropic's use of data transmitted through its API is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy and API terms.
You should not submit Contact Data or notes through AI features that contain highly sensitive personal information that you would not want transmitted to a third-party AI provider.
Disclosure of Information

Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a security threat.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
Aggregated Data
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
Third-Party Contact Data
The Service enables you to store information about individuals who are not users of the Service. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law. We process such data as a service provider on your behalf, not as an independent controller with respect to those individuals.
Cookies and Tracking
- Strictly Necessary: Session tokens and authentication cookies issued by Clerk. Required for login; cannot be disabled without preventing access to authenticated features.
- Infrastructure: Railway and Cloudflare may set cookies or identifiers as part of hosting, CDN, and security operations.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies as of the effective date of this policy. Configuring your browser to reject cookies will prevent login and use of authenticated features.
Data Retention
We retain your account and profile data while your account is active. We retain Contact Data for as long as you maintain it in your account.
Following account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within thirty (30) days, except: (a) data required to be retained by law or legal process; (b) data retained for fraud prevention, security, or resolution of ongoing disputes; or (c) aggregated or de-identified data.
Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to ninety (90) days. We do not guarantee deletion from service providers' backup systems within the above timeframes.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and authentication requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
In the event of a data breach requiring notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users as required.
Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact support@usefollo.app if you believe we have collected such information.
International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. Accessing the Service from outside the United States means your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer.
The Service is not specifically directed at individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. We do not represent that the Service meets the requirements of the GDPR or equivalent regulations.
Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy at usefollo.app with a revised effective date, and where feasible, by email to your registered address. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. Submit requests to support@usefollo.app with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may require identity verification.
You may export contacts at any time using the bulk export feature. You may request account deletion by contacting support@usefollo.app, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 8.
